Project Management

By assigning a project manager to each project, your system is tracked and monitored from initiation to installation. The project manager sets and monitors schedules and is involved in all technical aspects of the project relating to design, engineering, assembly and integration. The project manager assigned to your project will be your liaison for any design updates or information you require.

Highly qualified engineers, machine designers and detailers staff the engineering facility. Our engineering team has broad experience in the all aspects of design. A highly skilled staff and sophisticated tools produce the most innovative and reliable designs possible.

Omni Tool has extensive manufacturing facilities and in-house high precision machining capabilities to manufacture the most challenging of systems. Our temperature controlled machining room is equipped with Moore Jig Bores, Jones & Shipman I.D / O.D. grinders and Jones & Shipman precision surface grinders. In house surface grinding capabilities are 24 inches by 144 inches long. The manufacturing and assembly areas are serviced by one 14 ton and one 10 ton overhead crane.

Our proven machine building experience has involved capital projects with budgets in the range of $ 50,000 to $ 4,000,000.
