Omni Tool: Marking Systems

Omni Tool is pleased to carry an industrial line of marking products. The marking systems are fully programmable and can be completely integrated into new and existing production and assembly automation. The marking systems can provide complex 2D bar codes, delivering up to 100 times more information than standard linear bar coding. The marking systems are available in three product styles including portable, stand-alone and inline. Each product style is fully programmable.

Powerhouse Portable Stamper - Portable Marking System

The Powerhouse Portable Stamper marking system is a full-featured unit weighing less than 7 pounds. The portable units include the marking head, controller, air-regulator and programmer in one unit.

Just plug it in; supply air and start marking.

Digital Dynamo Stamper - Stand-alone Marking System

The Digital Dynamo Stamper marking system is a full-featured versatile stand-alone solution. The marking system can download pre-set parameters or the operator can use the on-board keyboard for custom stamping right at the site.
