Service of Automated Assembly Equipment
Designed for extra reliability and low maintenance operation

At Omni Tool, our automated assembly equipment is designed to maximize production and minimize down time. During the engineering phase, potential machine wear points are evaluated and designed for extra reliability and low maintenance operation. Our customers often tell us that the only maintenance needed is "grease and oil". Today, ten-year-old Omni Tool automated assembly equipment can be found operating in production environments with original parts.

Service

In the event of machine service requirements, Omni Tool's service team is available to answer all your questions. On site service technicians are available if required.

Service and Replacement Parts

Service and replacement parts are available for all Omni Tool systems. Our original engineering drawings ensure that you receive the correct part or component for your system. All service parts are manufactured to the same high quality specifications as the originals.

Upgrading and retrofits

Because of part design changes an upgrade or new feature may be needed. Omni Tool can update your existing automation equipment to accommodate part changes. With an Omni Tool upgrade and retrofit, your automated assembly equipment can continue to be productive for many years to come.

Operator Training

Omni Tool system experts are available to help familiarize your staff with the operations of your new automated assembly equipment. All machine controls and adjustment points are covered during the training sessions. Preventative maintenance is part of all training courses.
